Adults
Fitness, stress relief, and practical self-defense. No experience needed; beginners thrive here.
Families
Train together on the mat. Many of our black belts started alongside their kids or parents.
More than a sport
Established in 1998, Williams Tae Kwon Do is a family-oriented school where students of all ages build self-defense skills, discipline, confidence, and respect. Taekwondo is a way of life — not just kicks and punches.

Anthony
Instructor
Anthony started Taekwondo in November 2021. When Anthony started Taekwondo, it started out as a family sport with his father, mother, youngest brother and 4 of his children. He finds it to be a great family sport. He earned his first degree black belt on January 20th 2024. Anthony has been married to his wife Rebecca since April 2013. He also has 6 children. God and family are important values in Anthony's life. Anthony is a Diesel Technician on heavy and medium duty trucks. His hobbies are hunting, fishing, camping, archery, and shooting sports.

Jeff Jones
Instructor
Jeff originally started in martial arts as a child. He picked up Taekwondo as a family activity when he started at Williams Taekwondo and then proceeded to earn his black belt in July 2023. Jeff works as a Lead Software Engineer. When not working, he also enjoys spending time with his family, playing league volleyball, listening to live music, attending developer conferences, playing board games and many other interests.

Nicole Dorner
Instructor
Nicole's journey with Taekwondo began with one year of watching her sons and mom from the sidelines. Bored of scrolling on her phone, she decided to give it a try in September 2022. She was hooked from her first class and has developed a strong passion for this sport. She would say her favorite thing about Taekwondo is how it has helped and continues to grow her confidence. Nicole is married to her high school sweetheart and is a stay at home mom to two energetic boys. In her free time, Nicole enjoys doing Zumba, working out, quality family time and listening to Jelly Roll.

Sara Cavanaugh
Instructor
Sara started Taekwondo at Williams in 2021 with her two sons Dean and Owen. Since then her husband Neil has also joined, making it an awesome whole family activity. Sara has gained strength, knowledge, and confidence, as well as an appreciation for the martial arts. She hopes to continue her journey in Taekwondo for years to come. Sara enjoys cooking, reading, yoga, music, anything outdoors, spending time with family, and discovering new places. She works for Brown County and takes pride in knowing that her job helps the underserved of our community and provides resources to those in need.
What our families say
“I highly recommend Williams Taekwondo to anyone of any age. I am 27 and had no martial arts experience prior to starting about a year ago. I have learned so much already. I have gained confidence that I will be able to defend myself if the need should ever arise. In addition, Taekwondo is great exercise. Both my husband and I attend class, it's something fun we get to do together.”
